Bravo Banana Pachadi

Banana Pacchadi is a quick to make pacchadi. I like the combination of sweet and hot!! Banana is sweet and this dish will have green chillies in it... Read on!!!



Ingredients:

Banana chopped - 2
Curd - 1 Big Cup
Green Chilli - 1 chopped in 1 inch pieces
Asafoetida (Hing powder)- 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Grated Coconut - 1 table spoons
Corriander leaves - Few

Preparation:

1. In a pan, add oil and mustard. Let the mustard sputter and then add asafoetida and then green chilli and remove from the pan. Make sure that the chilli is long enough and does not let the hotness out!!!
2. Put the curd and the chopped bananas in a vessel and add the oil with the mustard to it. Add also the grated coconut. Add the salt and mix it nicely.
3. Add the chopped corriander leaves to it.
4. And there you are, the sweet and hot banana pachadi.



Believe me, this one is very tasty and can be eaten along with rice or along with a hot rasam rice or sambhar rice. Try it and let me know how you like this recipe!
