Mmmm.... Mooli ka Paratha

Mooli ka paratha is always very tasty and healthy! Here is how I make it...

Ingredients:

Vegetable: Radish- Grated -1
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Saaru/Rasam powder - 2 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Salt - as much as needed

Preparation:

1. Add grated radish in wheat flour along with rasam/saaru powder and salt, mix together with water as for chapathi.
2. Add oil and mix and make a soft dough.
3. Make the parathas using the rolling pin. Add little loose flour to make it easier to roll the parathas.
4. Roast them in the tawa as you do for chapathis or you use a roti maker to avoid step 3 and 4 ;-).

And here you are Mooli ka parathas tastes awesome with Aam ka achaar and dahi....Wow!!!

Hint: You can use 1 tsp of chilli powder and 1/2 tsp of corriander powder instead of rasam/saaru powder.
