Think about the masala vada ...hmmm mouth watering And I present you with a simple and a very quick version of mine! Very quick to make, simple, easy and Yummy!!! Just Yenjoy!! :-)

Ingredients:

Besan - 3/4 Cup
Rice Flour - 1/4 Cup
Rava - 1/4 Cup
Onion - 1 medium finely Chopped
Green Chilli - 1 or 2 finely chopped
Sounf/Fennel seeds - 4 tsp grinded
Ginder garlic paste - 2 tsp
Corriander Leaves - 4 Table spoons finely Chopped
Salt - as per taste
Oil - For frying

Preparation:

1. Mix all the above ingredients except oil along with water and make it in a semi solid paste such that you can make thick vadas.
2. Heat oil in the pan and by the time gently make small balls from the mixed flour and then pat it a little flat. You can make this in the palm of your hand. Just rub your palm with cold water, so that the flour does not to stick to your hands, and then make these vadas.
3. Put the vadas into the heated oil, turn and remove when golden brown.
4. You can eat it with corriander chutney or tomato chilli sauce....Yummmyyyyy

I know that this post is after a long time....Was busy shifting to my new place. But I know that after trying this recipe you would surely tell me, that I am back with a BANG!!!
